Overview

This position provides project management and administrative support to the General Manager. This position involves daily contact with both internal and external contacts, as well as exposure to sensitive confidential information. This position will also assist with scheduling and managing of workflow principally in the sales and sourcing of apparel and footwear.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, coordinates, and manages the sales process for a dedicated wholesale customer (as outlined in ANNEX A.
  • Plans and coordinates a variety of meetings and events, such as sales meetings (including recording of action items and follow up) and a variety of recurring events with other groups inside and outside of the company.
  • Prepares and edits reports and presentations using Microsoft Office software.
  • Provides project management support.
  • Expedites flow of work, and initiates follow-up when necessary.
  • Manages multiple Outlook calendars and coordinates calendars with other companies.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Previous experience in order management or sourcing preferred
  • Must reside in or relocate to Memphis
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
  • Independent, self-motivated, team player, detail oriented and organized
  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Some Project Management experience
  • Some travel is required
  • Periodic visits to the distribution center on Concord Rd
